How I built an Atari 5200 Manual switch box.

Closer view.

1. Solder in Matching transformer.

2. Lift wire going to RCA jack and attach to one side of the 0.01 uF cap.

3. Solder one side of the inductor to the RCA connector.

4. Solder the other side of the cap to the RCA connector.

5. Solder plus lead of the power supply  (wire without the stripe) to the inductor.

6. Solder the ground lead (wire with white stripe) of the power supply to the case.

Apply plenty of hot glue to insulate everything.

Apply glue to wires coming out so they can't move or wear out. Tape power wire to transformer.
